Does The Whiskey Wagon provide the alcohol?

Nope — you bring the booze, and we’ll handle the rest! For events with alcohol, our team provides all the mixers, bar tools, cups, ice, and garnishes. Our bartender(s) are licensed to serve alcohol but we don’t supply or sell it.

Can you do non-alcoholic events?

Absolutely! Our Mocktail Experience is a popular option. We create handcrafted mocktails that look and taste amazing. This is perfect for family-friendly events, baby showers, or corporate gatherings.

How far do you travel?

We’re based in Elma, WA and proudly serve Grays Harbor and surrounding areas. Events located more than one hour from Elma include a travel fee of $1.00 per mile. We will calculate the additional cost when you book.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens, we totally get it. If you cancel 30+ days before your event, you can reschedule once at no extra cost. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

Can I customize my menu?

Of course! We love creating custom drink menus that fit your theme or vibe, from signature cocktails to fun mocktails with creative names.
